Can we bring animals?
Yes, plots are allowed. They are also permitted in the Neptuno, Mediterráneo, Duna, and Tabarca bungalows; in the rest of the models, they are not.
Can you spend the day without being accommodated?
Yes, you can buy a day pass to the pools (check prices), except from mid-June to mid-September, when entry will be exclusively for staying guests.
If I am staying, do I have free access to the facilities?

Is there a private club or members club?
There used to be but now certain facilities that were paid for or for members, are now free access to all customers, so there is NO members club or discount card.
What facilities are there while staying?
Access to the lake pool, Aquamarina, Gym, Marina Land children's playground, Marina Park ball park, sports center, and Disco Anima2.
Can I book for less than a week?
Yes, except in high season when it will only be possible to book a minimum of 7 nights. Always check with reception in High Season.
How far is it from the beach?
800 meters.
Is there WIFI?
Yes
Is there animation throughout the year?
Yes, check schedules on the web or at Reception.
Can we bring bicycles?
Yes, of course!
Can I barbecue in the campsite?
Barbecues are allowed outside pitches and bungalows that do not have this element (Neptuno, Oasis, Mediterráneo, Playa, Ceylán, Twin, Tabarca, and Duna), but there is no common space set up for this in our facilities. If you wish to have one, you must bring your own barbecue with high legs and use charcoal (on sale in our Consum supermarket).
What camper cards do you accept?
The ADAC Campcard and the ANWB CKE (Camping Key Europe) are accepted, only during certain seasons.
Do you offer discounts for large families?
No, we currently do not offer any special discounts for large families.

What is the price of the pool?
Depends on the season. Check.
Do you have to pay for the water park if you are staying?
No, access is free.
Is the pool heated?
No. The heated pool is part of the SPA and has an additional cost. Contact Marina Senses (+34 96 541 97 93 // info@marinasenses.com) for more information.
BUNGALOWS

How is the bungalow equipped?
The bungalow is fully equipped, with bed linen and shower towels (they are not allowed to be taken out of the bungalow. You must bring your own for the pools). In addition, the shower has gel and shampoo dispensers. The kitchen is equipped with the following utensils: Cutlery, crockery, glassware, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, and toaster, among others. The bungalow also has a clothes drying rack.
Are there bed and towel changes?
Yes, but not on demand or daily. Bed linen and towel changes are already scheduled. As a rule, towels are changed on the third day of your stay (stays of 4 nights or more) and weekly cleaning (including change of sheets and towels) is carried out for stays longer than 7 nights.
What is the maximum capacity of people per bungalow?
5 people per bungalow, except in Neptuno which are 4.
Can you smoke inside the bungalows?
No, it is forbidden to smoke inside the bungalow by law. In the case that it is detected that someone has smoked, the deposit will be retained.
Are towels included in the bungalow?
Yes, all our bungalows include towels, and they are exclusively for use within the bungalow. It is not allowed to use the bungalow towels in other facilities such as the pool, beach, or SPA
